Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

The Price Pad name, branding, platform design, software, databases, original text and other original platform

materials are owned by or licensed to Price Pad and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights you hold in content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Price Pad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store,

reproduce, resize, format, display, communicate and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote and improve Price Pad and the relevant listing. The licence continues for as long as reasonably

necessary to operate the listing and maintain lawful records, backups and dispute evidence.

You confirm that you own or have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use your content. You must

not copy photographs, floorplans, descriptions or other protected content from another property platform, agency,

photographer or website without permission.

A rights holder may submit an infringement complaint through the published Support channel identifying the

protected work or right, the Price Pad material complained of, the relevant listing or URL, the complainant's contact

details, the basis on which the use is unauthorised, and evidence that the complainant owns or is authorised to act

for the rights holder.

Price Pad may request further information, restrict or remove material while reviewing a complaint, notify the

uploader where appropriate, and take action against repeat or serious infringers.

An uploader may respond through the published Support channel with an explanation of their rights or permission

and supporting evidence. Price Pad may reinstate, keep restricted or otherwise deal with the material after

considering the information and applicable law.
