6.1 Who may list
A Private Seller may advertise property they own or are directly authorised by the owner to advertise privately. One
active private listing is free. Each additional simultaneously active private listing requires a $99 per month Multi-Listing subscription.
A real estate agent, agency, property manager or other professional advertiser must use the applicable professional
account and Agent Subscription and must have lawful authority to advertise each property.
6.2 Listing accuracy
The listing user is responsible for ensuring that the listing is lawful, accurate, current and not misleading, including
the price, property characteristics, availability, ownership or authority, approvals, zoning claims, condition, tenancy
status, inclusions and photographs.
6.3 Prohibited listings and conduct
Standards;
- fake, fraudulent, scam or non-existent property listings;
- property you do not own or have authority to advertise;
- false, misleading, deceptive, bait or unlawful price representations;
- content that unlawfully underquotes or otherwise breaches applicable property advertising laws;
- materially altered or deceptive images that misrepresent the property;
- photos, floorplans, descriptions or other content used without required permission;
- impersonation of an owner, agent, agency, buyer, tenant or other person;
- phishing, fraudulent payment instructions, fake identity-verification links or attempts to steal money or information;
- illegal accommodation or property advertised for an unlawful purpose;
- discriminatory, threatening, abusive, exploitative or otherwise prohibited content under the Community
- spam, unnecessary duplicates or content posted to manipulate search, boosts, reviews, metrics or platform rules.
6.4 Authority and verification
Price Pad does not promise to verify every listing before publication. Price Pad may request reasonable evidence of
ownership, authority to advertise or professional status where a listing or account requires verification or review.
Evidence collected for verification is handled under the Privacy Policy.
6.5 Professional users posing as private sellers
Private Seller accounts must not be used to advertise property as part of a real estate agency, property-
management or other professional property-listing business.
Where Price Pad reasonably believes a Private Seller account is being used for professional or commercial property
advertising, Price Pad may restrict the relevant listing or account, request information reasonably necessary to
verify account type or authority, and require the user to complete professional verification and purchase the
applicable Agent Subscription. Repeated or deliberate circumvention may result in suspension or termination.
6.6 Professional Account Review notice
Price Pad may display or send the following notice:
“We've identified that this account may be being used to advertise property in a professional or commercial real
estate capacity. Private Seller accounts are intended for eligible private property owners or authorised private
advertisers. To continue advertising professional listings, please complete Agent Verification and select an Agent
Subscription.”
6.7 Boosted listings
A user may purchase a boost for $49 for 1 week. Each Boost applies only to the individual property listing selected at the time of purchase. A Boost is not account-wide and does not apply to any other property listing on the same account. A separate Boost must be purchased for each additional property listing the user wishes to promote.
A boost gives the selected listing promotional priority within relevant search or discovery contexts, including the relevant suburb or area, property type and price range. It does not purchase a permanent or platform-wide number-one position.
Among eligible boosted listings, position may change as other listings are boosted and as Price Pad applies
recency, relevance, user filters and fair distribution. Price Pad may periodically lift an active boosted listing within
its relevant group during the purchased boost period.
A boost does not guarantee a fixed position, continuous top placement, minimum impressions, views, saves,
messages, enquiries, sale or lease. Paid promotion will be identified as Boosted, Promoted or by an equivalent clear
label where the paid promotion materially affects placement.
6.8 Reporting
Users may report a listing or account through the reporting function or published Support channel. Price Pad may
investigate and temporarily restrict content where reasonably necessary while a report is reviewed.
