Price Pad handles personal information transparently and, where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy

Principles apply, in accordance with those requirements. Price Pad applies the practices in this policy to its

platform operations generally.

Pad does not use those inputs or results for broker, lender or agent lead generation.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, login and authentication information, account type and account status.
• Professional verification information: agent or representative name, agency/business name, ABN, work contact details, website, licence or registration details, verification status and supporting information reasonably required to verify professional status or authority.
• Listing information: property address, property attributes, listing price, descriptions, photographs, documents, listing status and ownership/authority declarations.
• Messaging and enquiry information: messages, enquiry details, participants, associated listing and relevant timestamps.
• Payment and subscription information: plan, transaction, invoice, renewal, cancellation, refund and payment- status records. Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Price Pad.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, device/browser information, login activity, pages and listings viewed, searches, filters, interactions, reports, security events, cookies and similar technologies.
• Support, complaint and moderation information: communications with Price Pad, reports, evidence supplied, moderation actions, appeals and related records.
• Mortgage Estimator inputs: figures entered for the purpose of producing the user's on-screen calculation. Price

Price Pad collects information directly when you register, create a profile, publish or edit a listing, verify an account,

send a message or enquiry, purchase a service, contact Support, submit a report or otherwise use the platform.

Technical and usage information may be collected automatically through the platform and its service providers.

Information may also be received from another user where, for example, a report concerns your account or content,

or from public professional registers used to verify professional status.

• to publish and operate listings and user profiles;
• to transmit messages and enquiries between users;
• to verify account type, professional status, licensing or authority where appropriate;
• to process payments, subscriptions, boosts, invoices, cancellations and refunds;

• to analyse platform performance and improve Price Pad's products, safety systems and services;
• to maintain records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements; and
• to comply with legal, regulatory, taxation, accounting and law-enforcement obligations.

Price Pad may retain factual property and listing information, including historical listing information, to maintain

platform records, improve search and matching, detect misuse, analyse property-listing activity and develop Price

Pad's own property-related products, analytics and technology.

Where information is used for analytics or product development, Price Pad will minimise unnecessary personal

identifiers and use aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably practicable. Price Pad does not sell

personal information to data brokers.

Mortgage Estimator inputs and results are used to generate the requested estimate. Price Pad does not sell,

forward or disclose those inputs or results to mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents or other third parties for

lead generation, referral or broker matching.

Public profile and listing information is visible to users in accordance with the platform's functionality. Do not place

• another user with whom you choose to communicate or to whom you send an enquiry;
• payment, cloud hosting, security, analytics, email, communications and other technology providers acting for
• professional advisers, insurers or contractors where reasonably necessary for Price Pad's operations and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• regulators, courts, law enforcement or government bodies where required or authorised by law; or
• a purchaser or successor in connection with a genuine sale, merger or restructure of the Price Pad business, subject to applicable privacy obligations. information in a public listing that you do not want publicly displayed.

Some technology service providers may process or store personal information outside Australia. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, Price Pad will take reasonable steps required by law in relation to overseas disclosures, including steps relevant to APP 8.

The countries involved depend on the service providers and hosting regions used by Price Pad. Where practicable, Price Pad will identify in this Privacy Policy the countries in which overseas recipients are likely to be located once those locations are

known or reasonably ascertainable. Price Pad will update this section where its material service-provider arrangements change.

Price Pad may send operational messages reasonably necessary to administer an account, listing, payment, enquiry, safety issue, security matter or service.

Price Pad will send commercial electronic marketing only where permitted by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and other applicable law. Where express marketing consent is sought, Price Pad may use a separate optional consent control that is not required merely to create an account or use core platform functions.

Commercial electronic messages will identify Price Pad, include accurate sender contact information and provide a clear and functional unsubscribe facility. Price Pad will action valid unsubscribe requests within 5 working days, or any shorter period required by law. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service, security, transaction, account or legal communications.

Price Pad may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, fraud

prevention and platform functionality. Browser controls may be used to manage cookies, although disabling

required cookies may affect functionality.

Price Pad takes reasonable steps to keep personal information accurate, complete and up to date for the purposes

for which it is used, and to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or

disclosure. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, logging, backups and

secure hosting. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy,

including account operation, fraud and safety controls, dispute resolution, accounting, taxation, legal compliance

and enforcement. When information is no longer required and there is no lawful reason to retain it, Price Pad will

take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Historical factual property and listing information may be retained separately for platform records, analytics and

product development where lawful. Backups may retain information for a limited period after deletion from active

systems.

Price Pad maintains procedures for identifying, containing, assessing and responding to suspected data breaches and security incidents. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme apply, Price Pad will assess suspected eligible data breaches and notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required by law.

Price Pad may preserve relevant logs and records, restrict access, reset credentials, contact service providers or take other reasonable steps to contain and investigate an incident and reduce the risk of harm.

You may request access to personal information Price Pad holds about you or request correction of inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading information through the published Contact Us or Support channel.

Price Pad will respond within a reasonable period and may verify identity before providing access or making a

correction. Any lawful exception to access will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

A privacy complaint may be submitted through the published Contact Us or Support channel. Include enough

information to identify the issue and the outcome sought. Price Pad will investigate and respond within a

reasonable period. Where the Privacy Act applies, an unresolved complaint may also be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Users may browse publicly available content without identifying themselves where the platform permits.

Identification is required where reasonably necessary to create or secure an account, publish a property, verify

authority, process a payment, use messaging, prevent fraud or comply with law.

Price Pad accounts and property-listing services are for people aged 18 years or older. Price Pad does not knowingly

permit a person under 18 to create an account.

Privacy enquiries, access or correction requests and complaints may be submitted through the Contact Us or
