Terms of Service

By using PricePad you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

PricePad provides automated property estimates (AVM), an affordability calculator, market data views, and a property listing and messaging marketplace. Outputs are indicative estimates generated by a published formula — they are not formal valuations, not lending decisions, and not financial or legal advice. See the Disclaimer.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
• You must not share, sell or transfer your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used unlawfully.

• You may only list a property you own or are authorised to market, and details must be truthful and current.
• You must hold the rights to any photos you upload and grant us a licence to display them within the service.
• No misleading pricing, discriminatory content, spam, scraping, or automated bulk posting.
• Agents must comply with the licensing and advertising rules of their state or territory.
• We may remove content or listings that breach these terms, without notice where necessary.

• Free features are available without payment. Pro ($29/month) and Agent ($249/month) plans are billed in advance via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to harass other users or to breach any law.

The PricePad name, brand, interface, formulas and code remain our property. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the purpose of running the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the service is provided "as is", we do not warrant that estimates are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted, and our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on an estimate, a listing, or another user's conduct.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction.
