9.1 Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is added where stated or required. The checkout displays the total amount
payable before purchase. Payments are processed through Price Pad's payment provider. Price Pad does not store
full payment-card numbers.
A receipt or tax invoice is provided where required by law.
9.2 Private Multi-Listing
The first active private listing is free. Each additional simultaneously active private listing costs $99 per month plus
GST where applicable. The subscription is billed in advance and automatically renews monthly until cancelled.
After a paid entitlement ends, the account must return to the permitted number of active listings. Price Pad may ask
the user to select which listing remains active and may unpublish excess listings.
9.3 Agent subscriptions
Agent subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
- Single Listing: $199/month plus GST - 1 active listing.
- Growth: $599/month plus GST - up to 4 active listings.
- Bulk: $1,199/month plus GST - up to 10 active listings.
9.3A Purchasing another Agent Plan
Purchasing another Agent Plan is a separate purchase and does not automatically cancel, replace, credit, refund or offset an existing Agent Plan. The newly purchased plan begins when activated or as otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
The existing plan remains active for the balance of its paid billing period and will continue to renew unless the subscriber separately cancels its future renewal. If it is cancelled, the existing plan remains available until the end of its current paid billing period unless a different outcome is required by law or expressly offered by Price Pad.
There is no automatic pro-rata refund, credit or transfer of unused time from the existing plan to the newly purchased plan, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or expressly offered by Price Pad. Checkout will clearly disclose this separate-subscription treatment before the additional plan is purchased.
9.4 Automatic renewal and cancellation
Before a recurring subscription is purchased, checkout will display the amount payable, billing frequency, automatic-renewal status and cancellation information.
You may cancel future renewal through the cancellation function made available in your account or the published
Support channel. A valid cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current
paid billing period unless a different outcome is stated at checkout or required by law.
9.5 Boosts
A listing Boost costs $49 for 1 week and begins when activated. Each Boost applies only to the specific property listing selected at purchase. A Boost is not account-wide. If a user wants to boost more than one property listing, a separate Boost must be purchased for each property.
A Boost does not automatically renew unless the user expressly selects and agrees to a recurring boost option presented at checkout. Before purchase, checkout will identify the property listing being boosted and explain the duration, price, promotional effect and material ranking limitations. A Boost does not guarantee a fixed rank, views, enquiries, sale or lease.
9.6 Refunds and consumer guarantees
A fee is not refundable merely because a user changes their mind after the digital service has begun, receives fewer
views or enquiries than expected, sells or leases the property early, or no longer wants the service. This does not
limit any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a Price Pad service fails to comply with a consumer guarantee, the remedy available will be determined by the
Australian Consumer Law, including any right to re-supply, cancellation, refund, price reduction or compensation
that applies in the circumstances.
9.7 Removed boosted listings
If a boosted listing is removed because the listing user materially breached the Platform Terms, the unused boost
period is not refundable merely because of that removal, except to the extent a refund or other remedy is required
by law.
9.8 Failed payments and chargebacks
If a recurring payment fails, Price Pad may retry the payment where permitted, notify the account holder, suspend
the paid feature or allow the subscription to lapse. A disputed payment or chargeback may result in temporary
billing or account restrictions while the dispute is investigated. Statutory rights are unaffected.
9.9 Price changes
New prices may apply to new purchases once published. For an existing recurring subscription, Price Pad will give
at least 30 days' notice before an increase applies to a future renewal. The subscriber may cancel before the new
price takes effect.
9.10 Billing contact
Billing enquiries may be submitted through the Contact Us or Support channel published on the Price Pad website.
