Frequently asked questions
Is listing really free?+
Yes. Private sellers get one live listing free forever. If you want a second listing live at the same time, that's $99/month for as long as both are live.
What does the agent free month include?+
Agents get their first month free on the 1-listing plan. After that it's $199/month, or $599/month for 4 listings and $1,199/month for 10 listings.
How do boosts work?+
A $49 boost gives your listing prominent placement for 7 days. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.
Is my data private?+
We do not sell your personal data. Your profile, listings and comments are public on PricePad; your messages are visible only to you and the person you're talking to.
