5.1 Application
These terms apply to real estate agents, agencies, property managers, developers, builders and other professional
property advertisers using Price Pad in a professional or commercial capacity. They operate together with the
general Terms.
5.2 Professional verification
Before professional listings may be published, Price Pad may require the professional user's name, agency or
business name, ABN, work email, phone number, website, relevant licence or registration details and other
information reasonably necessary to verify professional status or authority.
Price Pad may compare information with official public registers and reasonable business records. Verification
statuses may include Pending, Verified, Rejected, Review Required and Suspended. A Verified Agent badge or
equivalent status is displayed only after Price Pad completes its verification process.
Verification means only that Price Pad completed its verification process using the information reasonably available
at the time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of conduct, guarantee of licensing status for all activities, or
guarantee of any listing.
5.3 Professional declaration
By applying for, purchasing or maintaining a professional account, you confirm that you are acting in the
professional capacity stated in your account; the information you provide is accurate; you hold or operate under the
licences, registrations, appointments and authorities required for the activities you undertake; and you are
authorised to advertise each property you list.
5.4 Plans and prices
Plans are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew each month until cancelled. The checkout must
- Single Listing: $199 per month plus GST - 1 active property listing.
- Growth: $599 per month plus GST - up to 4 active property listings.
- Bulk: $1,199 per month plus GST - up to 10 active property listings. display the selected plan, amount payable, billing frequency and renewal status before purchase.
5.5 Purchasing another Agent Plan, plan changes and cancellations
Purchasing another Agent Plan does not automatically cancel, replace, credit, refund or offset an existing Agent Plan. A newly purchased Agent Plan begins when activated or as otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
An existing Agent Plan remains separately active for its current paid billing period. Unless the subscriber separately cancels future renewal of that existing plan, it will continue to renew and be billed under its existing terms. If the subscriber cancels the existing plan, cancellation stops its next renewal and access under that plan continues until the end of its current paid billing period, unless a different outcome is required by law or expressly offered by Price Pad.
Amounts already paid for an existing Agent Plan are not automatically prorated, credited or applied against the price of another Agent Plan, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or where Price Pad expressly offers a credit at checkout.
Before a user purchases another Agent Plan while an existing Agent Plan is active, checkout will clearly state that the new plan is a separate purchase, when it starts, and that the existing subscription may remain active and separately billed unless the user cancels its future renewal.
If cancellation or expiry of a plan leaves the account above the active-listing limit available under the user's remaining plan or plans, Price Pad may require the account holder to select which listings remain active and may unpublish excess listings after the relevant paid entitlement ends.
5.6 Professional obligations
- Advertise only property you are lawfully authorised to advertise.
- Maintain all licences, registrations and authorities required for activities you perform.
- Keep professional and licensing details current.
- Comply with applicable property, advertising, pricing, underquoting, consumer, privacy, spam and anti-discrimination laws.
- Ensure listing content is accurate, current and not misleading.
- Update or remove a listing promptly when sold, leased, withdrawn or materially changed.
- Do not use fake private accounts, staff, family members or other persons to circumvent professional subscription requirements.
- Use enquiry information only for the enquiry and other lawful purposes. Do not add an enquirer to unrelated marketing without the consent or other legal basis required by law.
5.7 Suspension and termination
Price Pad may restrict professional publishing, remove listings, suspend verification status or suspend or terminate
a professional account where reasonably necessary for a material or repeated breach, fraud, unlicensed or
unauthorised conduct, serious misleading conduct, safety risk, payment default or legal requirement.
Price Pad does not automatically or retrospectively charge a payment method merely because an account was
misclassified. Price Pad may require professional verification and purchase of the correct plan before professional
listings are restored or further professional listings are permitted.
5.8 Cancellation
You may cancel future automatic renewal through the cancellation method made available in your account or the
published Support channel. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues until the end of the
current paid billing period unless a different, more favourable outcome is stated at checkout or required by law.
5.9 Liability and indemnity
The Australian Consumer Law savings in the general Terms apply. To the extent permitted by law, a professional
user indemnifies Price Pad against reasonable loss, liability, fine, claim, cost or expense arising directly from that
user's unlawful professional conduct, lack of required authority or licensing, misleading listing, infringement, or
material breach. The indemnity does not apply to the extent Price Pad caused or contributed to the loss through its
own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach.
