Account Verification & Professional Gatekeeping Rules

10.1 Account classification
Price Pad requires users to select the account type that accurately reflects their use of the platform. Account type
and verification status are separate from subscription status.
10.2 Private Seller controls
A Private Seller must accept the Private Seller declaration before publishing. Price Pad may request reasonable
evidence of ownership or authority where necessary because of fraud indicators, reports, inconsistent information
or other legitimate verification concerns.
10.3 Professional controls
A professional advertiser must complete professional verification and maintain the applicable subscription before
professional publishing. Price Pad may verify business and licensing information against official public sources and may request additional information where reasonably necessary.
10.4 Indicators of professional use
Price Pad may review a Private Seller account where indicators reasonably suggest professional or commercial
advertising, including agency branding, business contact details, professional licence information, repeated
professional advertising language, multiple unrelated property addresses, the same professional contact
information across unrelated listings, prior professional-account history or credible user reports.
An indicator triggers review and does not by itself establish that a user is acting professionally.
10.5 Review and enforcement
Price Pad may request information, restrict a listing during review, require professional verification, verify or reject
an application, suspend verification status, or restrict or terminate an account in accordance with the Platform
Terms.
Price Pad will not automatically or retrospectively charge a user's payment method because Price Pad later
considers the account to have been misclassified. Professional publishing may be restricted until the correct
account type is verified and the applicable subscription is purchased.
10.6 Records
Price Pad may retain records of declarations, verification status, review reasons, notices, evidence, moderation
decisions and subscription status as reasonably necessary for platform administration, fraud prevention, dispute
resolution and legal compliance, subject to the Privacy Policy.
